Backround
the challenge
The website was outdated and not attracting the attention it deserved. The design didn’t align with modern trends, and the navigation was awkward, making it difficult for visitors to easily find what they needed. As a result, user engagement and the overall experience on the site were negatively affected. After speaking with some members, I took the time to think about how design could help address these issues.

talking to the user
Working on this project helped me gain valuable insights through user interviews. I spoke directly with users to understand their needs and pain points, gathering feedback that shaped my design decisions. By listening closely and asking the right questions, I identified key issues and preferences I might have missed otherwise. This experience deepened my understanding of how to integrate user feedback into the design process effectively.
